All photography appointments require a fully refundable booking deposit of £50 per person to secure your booking.
This deposit allows us to reserve your appointment and arrange our photographers, makeup artists and studio team in advance. It also helps us minimise non-attendance.
Most clients choose to use their booking deposit towards purchasing their favourite images after their photoshoot, however there is no obligation to purchase.
Your booking deposit reverts back to you once you attend your viewing session to view the images taken during your photoshoot.
Please arrive around 10 minutes before your appointment time so your experience can begin smoothly.
Due to the nature of our schedule, we cannot always guarantee that late clients will be seen.
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be seen, and management reserves the right to refuse an appointment if this affects other bookings.
If you believe you may be late, please contact the studio as soon as possible and our team will do their best to advise you of your options.
If you need to change your appointment date, please contact the studio as soon as possible.
Appointments can be rescheduled once free of charge provided that we receive at least 7 days notice. Changes made with less notice may require an administration fee, and your booking deposit will be held as credit towards photographs on the day of your appointment.
Appointments that are not attended, or that are rebooked after the 14-day cancellation period, are non-refundable.
Please note that once a booking has been made, it is non-cancallable, but it can be rescheduled as long as you give 7 days notice, as photographers and makeup artists are scheduled specifically for your appointment. In some circumstances a credit note may be offered if sufficient notice is given.

Your booking deposit becomes non-refundable if the full experience is not completed, including the makeup, photoshoot and viewing session.
Each photoshoot package includes one complimentary photograph, selected by the studio or photographer.
Clients must be 18 years or older to attend alone.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
All clients are required to bring valid photo ID to their appointment. Acceptable forms include a passport, driving licence or national identity card.
All images receive soft airbrushing, including lighting adjustments and gentle skin smoothing to create a natural polished finish.
Additional retouching requests such as slimming, tattoo removal or stronger retouching are complimentary with any package of six images or more.
All retouching requests must be made during your viewing session.
Requests for individual images outside of a package are charged at £10 per image.
Prints are not automatically posted.
Clients will normally be asked to collect prints directly from the studio once they are ready.
If postage is required, a £7 delivery fee will apply. Please note that the studio cannot take responsibility for postal services once items have been dispatched. Nostalgia Studios is not liable for any damage or loss during postage. Due to the nature of the dimensions, some cropping may apply for print orders.
Due to the nature of digital products, orders containing digital images cannot be cancelled, reduced or refunded once you leave the studio, as these files can be easily copied.
All orders once placed are non-cancallable.
Completed products, including photographs, frames and albums, will be held at Nostalgia Studios for 30 days after clients are notified that their items are ready for collection.
If items are not collected within this time, they will be moved to off-site storage.
To retrieve items from storage, clients must provide a minimum of three weeks notice. Items stored off-site will remain available for an additional 30 days.
If items remain uncollected after this period, a release fee starting from £15 may apply.
Products that remain uncollected for more than six months may be disposed of. Should replacements be requested after this time, the full reproduction cost will be the responsibility of the client.
This policy applies to all products, including complimentary items.

Nostalgia Studios will never use your images for marketing, promotional or advertising purposes without your permission.
